Coronavirus- A new Danger to the society and how to deal with it

China is suffering from coronovirus , a new kind of threat to the society. Death cases of about 200+ are already reported and thousands of people are in hospitals with infections.Its a new mutative virus which is changing it's form by the time experts find its remedy.

First we have to understand about coronavirus before finding about its preventive measures:

A coronavirus is a kind of common virus that causes an infection in your nose, sinuses, or upper throat. Most coronaviruses are not dangerous.

Often a coronavirus causes upper respiratory infection symptoms like a stuffy nose, cough, and sore throat. You can treat them with rest and over-the-counter medication. The coronavirus can also cause middle ear infections in children.

The symptoms of most coronaviruses are similar to any other upper respiratory infection, including runny nosecoughingsore throat, and sometimes a fever. In most cases, you won't know whether you have a coronavirus or a different cold-causing virus, such as rhinovirus.

But if a coronavirus infection spreads to the lower respiratory tract (your windpipe and your lungs), it can cause pneumonia, especially in older people, people with heart disease, or people with weakened immune systems.

Here are some Preventive Measures and Home Remedies for the Corona Virus:

1. To prevent infection from spreading, basic rules should be followed like washing hands regularly and covering the mouth and nose while coughing and sneezing.

2. Eat properly cooked meat and eggs. If possible avoid having non-vegetarian food during the outbreak.

3. Drink plenty of water in the event of infection. Boil water and cool it before use.

4. Use an air purifier mask or put a handkerchief on the mouth in case of sneezing.

5. Grind the leaves of Basil, Neem and Giloy to make juice. Take half a cup of it three times a day to strengthen immunity.

6. The juice of black pepper powder and neem-papaya leaves can be taken to increase immunity.

7. Boil one handful of Basil leaves and one teaspoon clove powder in one liter of water. Drink at intervals of 2 hours.

8. If the cough is accompanied with low grade fever, make a paste of black pepper powder, rock salt and honey. Take ½ tsp at 5 hour intervals.

9. Start the day with a rejuvenating Rasayana like Chyawanprash taken with cow's milk.
